Key accountabilities:
1. Own the accounting reports of STA entities (specifically, Jinshan, Changzhou, STA R&D).
2. Own the report consolidation of STA group.
3. Lead the accounting team of STA and oversee daily operations activities of accounting functions, including AP/AR/FA/GL and entity reporting.
4. Ensure monthly closing meet deadlines and internal/external reporting requirements.
5. Ensure PRC report complying with statutory reporting rules with high quality.
6. Understand the differences between US and PRC GAAP, and support headquarter accounting consolidation.
7. Manage accounting control under current policy and to comply with SOX requirements.
8. Support external auditors for quarterly & annual reporting and special projects.
9. Support internal customers, such as business development and management reporting.
10. Drive the improvement of accounting procedures
11. Develop the capability and skillsets of accounting team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master’s Degree, majored in accounting or finance
2. Good command on IFRS and China GAAP
3. CICPA or equivalent certificate (such as ACCA, CGA, etc.) is preferred
4. Experience in audit firm will be a plus
5. At least 5 years’ experience in accounting or auditing
6. Good command on written English and Chinese
7. An expert of Microsoft Excel
8. Experience on using ERP system, or database
9. Have in-depth understanding on Chinese tax system, esp. VAT and CIT
10. Self-planned, result oriented and a problem solver
